Board

President: Troy Bingham B.Sc (Acc.) MBA

Troy has extensive experience in the development of soccer and education based programmes. A former South African Youth International who earned a scholarship to play soccer and study in the states he has an in depth knowledge of developing a pathway for kids through soccer and education.

Troy has earned many honours as a player and coach including selection to the All America University Team, Leading Goal Scorer awards, Most Valuable Player and Coach of the Year awards at various levels. Having played professionally in South Africa, Canada and the United States and run successful Coaching Academies and Clubs in these countries he is well equipped to demonstrate to young players the importance of a balanced approach to their future.

Vice President: Dr. Laurent Layani

Laurent is a passionate football player and teacher who still currently plays goalkeeper for the Australian Doctors World Cup team. Laurent has experienced international soccer tours across the world and very few can match his passion and commitment to junior soccer development. In charge of nutrition and medical issues for the club Laurent also ensures we continually strive for excellence.

Technical Director: Adem Poric

Adem has reached the pinnacle of soccer as a player having played in the English Premier League and for the young Socceroos. His experience playing for English Club Sheffield Wednesday brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to the club. Adem still has a strong passion for the game as can be seen by his full time commitment to coaching hundreds of kids through school and camp programmes. Not only does Adem ensure we develop on the field he also ensures that we maintain standards all round and keep the focus on player development.

Strength and Fitness Director: Paul Emmanuel

Paul brings sports specific experience in the strength and fitness area for the club. As the former fitness co-ordinator to the Wellington Phoenix in the A League he understands the physical requirements to make it to the top level. Paul has not only been involved with NZ Elite football from high performance through to grass roots he has also worked in Europe with Premier League teams such as Lillestrom in Oslo Norway, worked under Henning Berg “ Manchester United” and trained many Internationally capped players from all over the world. As a youngster at the age of 20, Paul trialled and trained as a player for the English Premier League teams Arsenal & West Ham Utd. Paul is lending his experience and expertise to Bond Soccer as he creates and monitors strength and fitness programmes across the club.

Goalkeeper Coaching Director: Warren Artz

Warren is another product of education through soccer having used his soccer skills to earn a scholarship to the states where he earned a degree. With an internationally recognised goalkeeper coaching diploma and a Masters Degree in Psychology Warren brings a good understanding of how to manage and nurture young kids through the development process. Warren also has experience at the highest level as goalkeeper coach for the New Zealand National team.

Secretary: Andrew Parkes

Andrew is a former youth representative from Sydney who has over 10 years experience in coaching, managing and playing youth soccer. Andrew is passionate and committed to youth development. One of the early driving forces behind starting a new opportunity for kids he ensures that all administrative issues at the club are well taken care of.
